Delete Account and Data

You may request full deletion of your account and all data associated with it at any time.
What is deleted
- Account details: display name and avatar.
- Game data: score, XP, level, statistics and match history.
- Economy: coins, energy and cosmetic items purchased.
- Game Center / Google Play Games account link.
- The device identifier linked to the account.
What is not deleted
- Purchases from the App Store or Google Play - these are managed by Apple / Google and cannot be deleted by us.
How to request deletion
Open the app and go to:
Settings then Delete Data
Or alternatively: Settings then Contact - state in your message that you want to delete your account.
Requests are handled within 7 business days. After deletion, the data cannot be recovered.
